Who can take part?

• Women (including anyone who menstruates and identifies as female)
• Aged 18–45
• Living in the United Kingdom
• One entry per person

Prize draw details

• Prize: one (1) £50 digital gift card for use at a participating retailer (e.g. Zara, Stradivarius, etc.)
• No purchase necessary to enter or win
• The draw will be held in January 2026 and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date
• The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided in this form. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we may select an alternative winner
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered

• Your survey answers will be used only in aggregated and anonymised form to help us understand the UK market’s perception of Cottonlock products
• We will use your email address only to:
– Contact you if you win the prize draw
– Send you our newsletter and marketing emails only if you tick the consent box at the end of this form

• Your data will be stored securely and processed in line with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws
